A golden hue with yellow reflections.

The oak adds a touch of vanilla to the nose, and a hint of torrefaction.

On the palate :

The palate reveals notes of ripe white fruits, with a slightly toasty finish.

Drinking: in the next 5 years.

Serving suggestion:
Serve at about 12°C as an aperitif, with fish in sauce, or a scallop in pastry, or with rabbit in prunes.
