The nose reveals aromas of white flowers, hedgerows and citrus fruits.

The palate shows a dynamic attack with a fine expression of yellow fruits and overtones of a very elegant minerality.

An expressive, well-balanced wine.

Drinking : now and for the next 3 years.

Serving suggestions:
Serve between 10 and 12 °C as an aperitif, with shellfish, fish in sauce or with a Chavignol ( AOC cheese from our region).
