Appearance :

Deep and intense ruby red colour with a beautiful brown tint.

A delicious and vanilla first nose. Wild strawberry and jammy black fruits (blackberries and blackcurrants)

On the palate :

The mouth is full with aromas fruit on the back of the palate with smooth silky tannins.

Drinking: Now and within the next 7 years

Serving suggestions: 

To enjoy around 15° with red meats, a lamb stew, a duck breast or cheese.
