Grape variety : Pinot Noir

Appearance :

A cherry red robe, clear and limpid.

The nose is rich and complex, with aromas of red fruits, dominated by blackcurrants, and a touch of spice.

On the palate :

Good length on the palate where the delicate, fruity character can be appreciated.

A rich elegant and convivial wine.

Drinking: now up to 5 years.

Serving suggestions:
Serve at about 15°C with red meats, meat in sauce,  and cheese.
